Each year, Columbia University Business School and the School of International and Public Affairs come together for the annual Africa Economic Forum (AEF). This year’s 18th AEF conference is scheduled for Friday, April 22nd, and Saturday, April 23rd, 2022 at Columbia University Business School’s new Manhattanville campus at 665 West 130th St., NY, New York. It will be the first AEF in-person conference after a three-year virtual format due to the pandemic.

With the theme – “Africa Today & Tomorrow: Accelerating the Growth of an Economic and Cultural Powerhouse,” the event will bring together distinguished guests to discuss cutting-edge solutions and tailored strategies through thought-provoking discussions, with the goal to explore the untapped opportunities needed to meet Africa’s 21st century socioeconomic needs.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in topics such as Fintech, Private Equity, Youth Empowerment, Beauty, Health Care, Fashion & Art, Cutting-Edge Careers, Music & Entertainment, and more.
